Ashwhin is open all year round for therapy sessions and workshops for small groups and one to one. All the therapies I love to share things that are helpful and support a balanced lifestyle, and delight in the fact that most of the things that support us the most are simple and surprising easy to learn and to adopt into even the busiest schedule.

My hours are very flexible, because I work from home, and most of my clients have more conventional working routines, so that means that I'm available on the weekends and evenings until 8:00 p.m. My clients range in age from 9 to 97.

Enabling, my own blend of Counselling and Life Coaching, is the most broad-ranging area, because it can include a wide number of therapies, life skills and ways of coping that are designed to help you to attain your goals and handle all the challenges life brings. So Life Coaching is designed around your individual needs.

As well as welcoming people to drop in to Ashwhin for a therapy session or workshop, I have a Personal Retreat where people can combine a holiday escape with therapies and workshops of their choice. Ashwhin Personal Retreat is unique because it is not designed around group activities, but is one on one - very personal, providing a safe home from home; and it is completely bespoke - you choose what you do here.
